Established in 2011, Purefoam Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-based manufacturer specializing in high-quality polyurethane foam for bedding, furniture, and industrial applications. Located in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh, our 33,000 sq. ft. facility is equipped with modern machinery including semi-automatic foaming systems, CNC cutters, and advanced horizontal and vertical cutting machines.
We produce a wide range of foam types including Normal PU foam, High Resilience (HR) foam, Fire Retardant (FR) foam, and Combustion Modified High Resilience (CMHR) foam — with density options ranging from 12 to 60. In addition to foam production, we have expanded our capabilities to include OEM mattress manufacturing, offering end-to-end solutions for private label and custom mattress brands.
